  32. Unfortunately, it probably is. The table uses HTML 3.0 tables (also
  33. known as "netscape tables". It passes 'html-check' with the
  34. html-3.dtd). These display fine on Netscape 1.1 and up. New versions
  35. of Mosaic seem to be able to display tables (as long as you enable
  36. that option), but have trouble with table elements that contain HTML
  37. markup (e.g.  <B>keyword</B>). These elements display as empty
  38. elements in even new versions of Mosaic.  On older versions of Mosaic,
  39. the table looks like the quoted portion above (and is somewhat
  40. unreadable).

  42. We've added a disclaimer to the top of the page warning about the
  43. possible browser problem.  We've also added a "preformatted" version
  44. of the table that can be viewed by browsers that don't display tables
  45. correctly (reachable from the EiffelTerms.html page).
